Returns & Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can be cancelled or modified only before the item is shipped. Please contact us via email, if you want to cancel, or modify your order.

RETURNS

C# Corner Shop has an Easy Returns policy. We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the below conditions.

Products can be returned if:

  • You have received a damaged product: A product can get damaged in transit and while we do ensure best possible quality controls, sometimes a damaged product might go unnoticed.
  • A delivered product is different than the ordered product.

On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or refund the product amount.

Return Procedure

Get in touch with us via email, within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. Our customer support team will promptly respond to during working hours which are between

10 A.M. to 6:30 P.M (Monday – Friday)

11 A.M - 2P.M (Saturday)

REFUNDS

Your refund will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the package with us in secured, undamaged and unused condition.
Don't forget to mention your

  • ORDER ID
  • NAME
  • PHONE NUMBER

on the package so that our refund team could contact you to take your bank information and process your refund.
 
We only refund through bank transfer or the original payment method used by you while purchasing.

EXCHANGE

We shall ship you the exchanged product on a new order id, once we receive the return package as per the guidelines.

Terms & Conditions for Return

The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with C# Corner’s Products Quality Assurance Team.
The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.


The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.

  • Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
  • If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.
  • Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.
  • The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted only upto repair/replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.
